InfoMine is designed for use with the latest full version of either Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. However, EduMine is designed for use with the latest full version of Microsoft Internet Explorer only - it is NOT compatible with Netscape Navigator. We cannot guarantee the correct functionality of InfoMine or EduMine if viewed/used with web browsers other than those specified above.
There are two levels of access to InfoMine/EduMine:
- Public Access - no charges apply
- Subscriber/Enrollee access only - Subscription/Enrollment fees apply.
To enter a subscriber/enrollee access only area, you will be prompted for a User ID and a Password. ONCE YOU PROVIDE YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD, YOU WILL USUALLY NOT BE ASKED FOR IT AGAIN DURING ANY SINGLE ONLINE SESSION, as our server will have already "identified" you.
If you have a Single-User account only the registered account holder is authorized to use the account. You may not share the User ID & Password with anyone else. If you have a Multi-User Corporate account only the registered users listed for the account are authorized to use the account. These users may not share their User IDs & Passwords with anyone else.
If you receive a prompt for a User ID and Password and you do not have an account, simply click on the "Cancel" button. You will probably receive an error message - this is O.K. Simply click on your browsers "Back" button to return to the original page.
If you want a User ID and Password, please go to the Subscriptions section and complete the appropriate form. Your User ID and selected Password will be e-mailed to you.
If you included your credit card details on the online form, your initial payment is processed virtually immediately and your User ID and Password will be e-mailed to you. On receipt of the e-mail containing your User ID and Password, you will be able to access the site.
If you did not include your credit card details on the online form, then your account will be activated as soon as payment is received. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your account has been activated.
