With our focus on senior professionals in three main sectors; Mining and Machinery, Banking Insurance and Finance and FMCG we are able to offer both clients and candidates high levels of expertise in each sector.

Formed in 2007, AER International has worked with many international and some local firms throughout the CEE/Russia/CIS region to successfully fill hard to fill roles.
