First Quantum Minerals Ltd. is a rapidly growing mining and metals company currently operating two mines and developing five projects worldwide. Our aim is to become a globally diversified mining and metals company.

We currently produce LME grade "A" copper cathode, copper in concentrate, gold, nickel and sulphuric acid. First Quantum's current operations are the Kansanshi copper-gold mine in Zambia and the Guelb Moghrein copper-gold mine in Mauritania. Our current copper projects are expected to more than triple our annual copper production capacity to over one million tonnes.

The Company is expected to be among the world's largest nickel producers once its Ravensthorpe and Kevitsa projects are both at steady-state operations in 2012.
