Once in production, currently estimated for 2007, the Kensington mine is expected to produce approximately 100,000 ounces of gold annually. The Kensington Gold Mine has undergone seventeen years of studies, modifications, and improvements. Utilizing this research and responding to many suggestions from the community, we have designed a world-class environmentally sound gold mine. We are confident in our result. We have set our standard to be excellent stewards of the land, producing and protecting, because this is what the citizens of Southeast Alaska deserve.
