Deers grazing in the wild Deers grazing in the wild

Endako Mines is a 26,500 tonne per day, open pit molybdenum mine, mill and roaster. Endako is Canada's largest capacity molybdenum mine, and the only one producing molybdenum as its primary product.

Our operation is located 25 km from the Village of Fraser Lake in central British Columbia. Fraser Lake, with an area population of approximately 2000, is situated on the shores of Fraser Lake, near the geographic centre of British Columbia.

There are a variety of year-round recreational activities including skiing, golfing, boating, hiking, horse riding and many other activities for the outdoor enthusiast. In addition to this there is a recreation centre that hosts a variety of competitive and non-competitive sports.

There are educational facilities from Play School through to Grade 12.

There is a medical clinic staffed by four doctors, nurses and technicians. For more information on our mine, visit us on-line at www.endakomines.com. For more information on our village, visit http://www.investnorthernbc.com/communities/fraserlake/default.htm.

New employees joining Endako are welcomed into a group of people who have by their attitude, ability, skills and enthusiasm, been responsible for the continued success of one of British Columbia's oldest and most distinguished mines.

Endako Mines is proactive in the approach to safety with both occupational first aid level 3 attendants and open pit mine rescue personnel on site. We believe that no job is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely.
