Quest's principal and president, Gary Hoffman, has a twenty-eight year career history in the mining, smelting and refining industries, with The Bunker Hill Company, Hecla Mining and the Sunshine Mining Company. Since 1990, he has become a successful and well-established executive recruiter serving the domestic and global mining, engineering and mining related industries. In 1998 he established, Quest - Search & Recruitment, Inc., based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
