Job Overview


  • Standard costs maintenance for all original equipment and aftermarket parts in the U.S.
  • Maintains OE Shovel and Drill costs, including production order variances for Milwaukee operations and work with production management to identify root causes of variances. Develop action plans for minimizing future variances.
  • Supports the Global Supply Chain financial metrics, including spend and variances.
  • Partner with key members of the organization in Make vs. Buy analysis.
  • Helps to oversee supply chain budget and forecast.
  • Assists the Senior Costing role in special projects.

Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CMA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in manufacturing accounting processes and operations.
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze production order blueprints is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP production management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of P&H or industry products is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and intuitive problem solving skills with an attention to detail required. Healthy professional skepticism and inquisitiveness.
