We are currently looking to hire a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our IT Branch in our Edmonton, Alberta office. The successful candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications. This temporary position is to assist the IT team and enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.

Responsibilities

• Entering license and purchase information into our licensing database
• Filing supporting purchase/license documentation
• Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) including document templates
• Microsoft Teams
• Database experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Experience working with SharePoint, lists and libraries, or other document management software would be considered and asset
