Job Description

  •  [Company] Business Process Leader provides leadership and coordinates [Company] Business System (EBS) to achieve a culture of continuous improvement; assists in the development and successful implementation of daily management practices including robust process management and Kaizen activities; supports annual strategic deployment and execution activities; coaches and develops the talent of the organization to build a sustainable EBS culture.
  • To be successful in this role you must have experience driving change through development, implementation, and ongoing coaching of lean processes, ideally in a cross-functional structure.

Job Duties:

  • Provide support for continuous improvement and EBS activities within a site or department; supports and coaches site/department managers, technical leaders, and manufacturing managers in execution of break through objectives (BTOs)
  • Support site/department leaders through coaching and disciplined problem solving to develop a sustainable organizational capability in continuous improvement
  • Initiate and drive best practices within the site/department; work across functions/teams to assist in creating standardized processes, systems, and training materials
  • Develop continuous improvement plans; supports strategic deployment and execution with an annual focus at the site/department level
  • Help facilitate events and coach event leaders at the site/department level in support of business strategies and activities
  • Coach managers and employees to ensure alignment of objectives and that rigor and discipline in EBS is being applied (monthly balanced scorecard, site strategic house, corrective action reports (CARs), A3s and other processes)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Engineering, Operations Management, Finance or IT
  • Five+ years’ experience driving change through development, implementation, and ongoing coaching of lean processes required
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement preferred
  • Experience with transactional organizations (corporate administration) is a plus
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% (mostly domestic, some international possible)
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
