[Company] are seeking Condition Monitoring Technicians with Fixed Plant experience to join the team on a 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth.

Duties will include:

  • Carry out fixed plant condition monitoring through the implementation and use of oil analysis and vibration inspections.
  • Conveying accurate condition monitoring information to the Maintenance Planning, Engineering and Fixed Plant Maintenance teams
  • Carry out extensive analysis on all data collected to diagnose potential equipment health problems and recommend remedial measures.
  • Report significant changes in equipment condition to the Asset Health Supervisor and provide timely reports for key stakeholders.
  • Record and maintain data integrity in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as MineStar, SAP, Dingo, Emmerson AMS Machinery Health Manager (MHM), etc.
  • Provide technical support to the Superintendents, Supervisors, Trades people and other maintenance personnel in the resolution of technical issues with equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, experience and Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification
  • Experience in fixed plant maintenance, including crushers, screens, stackers and conveyors
  • Experience with Ultrasonic Testing, Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Reporting
  • Experience with vibration data collection analysis
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Qualification in Vibration Analysis - Category 2
