About the Role

WorkPac Professional are seeking an experienced Contract Management??Supervisor for a??6-month contracted role??FIFO from Perth on 8:6 roster,??with a strong mechanical or electrical background.


The Maintenance Team within the Rail Productivity division is responsible for delivering capability, maximizing the sustainable business value and managing the opportunities and risks related to the physical assets of the rail network, ensuring the networks ability to enable the value chain from the mines to the ports in the Pilbara, WA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • CMS experience in project logistics type roles, mechanical and or electrical
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on the delivery of the mechanical projects
  • Demonstrated experience in CMS including contractor engagement, mobilisation planning and leading pre-starts
  • The ability to safely and independently work in remote work locations
  • Flexible and adaptive approach to fluctuating workloads and priorities
  • Ability to problem solve monitoring equipment in remote work locations
  • Previous Rio Tinto??Experience
  • ??Procurement (RTP), GIS software, Microsoft applications and personnel management functions of SAP
