  • Our Engineering Rotational Development Program is designed for recent engineering graduates to transition from student to an Entry Level full-time engineer.*
  • The Product Development track is a 12-18-month entry level, multi-rotational program focused on building technical competency within [Company] full product lifecycle of design, validation, test, simulation, research and technical support. [Company] Product Development track has entry level positions in the following areas (Please indicate your area(s) of interest):

Design

  • If your interest lies in assisting teams that are focused on designing and developing complex products and component concepts to release to production in a manner to ensure performance, durability, reliability, quality and serviceability globally, [Company] has a number of opportunities to challenge you.  Design engineers work to improve the very basis of [Company]  machinery.

Test

  • If you would prefer to provide support in any number of functional areas which impact design, development, research, test or enhancement of [Company] products, processes, systems and methods.  Test engineers work to keep [Company] innovative.

Simulation

  • Do you enjoy developing and using computational modeling to gain insight into the performance of design components, systems, technologies, products, or related processes? Simulation engineers perform conventional to moderately complex engineering assignments while building a working knowledge of [Company] and its product technologies, processes, services, and systems.

Controls

  • If you are passionate about coordinating design, development, and testing of controls systems and designing and developing software for controls systems including overall architectural design of software structure and functionality, requirements development, coordination of verification and validation software, a [Company] controls engineer position would be ideal for you.

Research

  • Do you prefer to serve as a technical individual contributor on projects and assignments that are complex in nature? If so, you could support and enhance [Company] product performance, durability, reliability, quality, and serviceability. the Research engineer works in conjunction with business partners to lead the development and deployment of technology into products and service to deliver customer value.
  • Professionals within the program must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently attending a 4-year accredited university/college or have completed a minimum Bachelors degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Physics
  • Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0/4.0 (no rounding) at current institution
  • Expected graduation date June 2018
  • Currently participating in a [Company] student program
  • Must be willing to relocate and travel accordingly

Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience
  • Previous internship in Design/Test Role
  • Involvement in Mini Baja, Formula, Quarter scale tractor, etc. competition teams in college
  • Familiar with company policies and procedures
