Minimum Requirements 

  • Great minds think alike!  Now that we understand each other, let's sort through the minimum qualifications for this position:
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • OSHA HAZWOPER certification preferred.
  • State UST certification preferred.
  • 5 plus years of construction experience.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines, manage staff, and provide subcontractor oversight.
  • Experience with operation of heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator), hand tools.
  • Able to perform manual labor.
  • Knowledge of sediment and erosion control.
  • General carpentry and plumbing experience is helpful.
  • Comfortable using pickups/equipment trailers.
  • Good driving record.
  • Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations
