Completed or working towards a CHRP designation. Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role preferably in a resource based industry mining forestry oil or gas. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of files personal information and other matters. Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity empathy and sincerity. Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods.
