POSITION SUMMARY

You are a proactive, driven and energetic communicator with strong interpersonal and writing skills. You are both analytical and creative - with ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis and develop engaging presentations and reports for internal and external communication. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day investor communications efforts and contributing to the development and execution of investor relations strategies and initiatives.

JOB DUTIES
  • Maintain and build relationships with investors by acting as a key contact for investors via email and telephone correspondence, and by managing all day-to-day investor communication efforts.
  • Conduct market research, analyze metals market, and synthesize results into clear, concise and engaging presentations and reports, targeted at internal and external communication channels.
  • Draft quarterly disclosure materials, including press releases, presentations, conference call scripts, key messages, and Q&As for senior management.
  • Develop clear, concise and innovative presentation content for marketing conferences, tradeshows, investor meetings, etc.
  • Provide analysis for the development of annual marketing plans and investor targeting efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze shareholder base for current and upcoming trends and insights, and propose strategies to target new shareholders in domestic and international markets.
  • Create weekly feedback reports on Trevali's market performance, and generate perception summaries from investors communities and analyst reports.
  • Support the development and implementation of investor relations strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update information on the company's website.
  • All other related projects and duties, as required.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting OR Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology, with relevant studies in Finance/Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, developing and maintaining positive long-term relationships with analysts and the investor community.
  • Experience in the mining and/or natural resources industry is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with ability to craft clear, concise and engaging messages targeting a wide variety of audiences.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with ability to to prioritize and manage multiple projects with time constraints.
  • Analytical and able to deliver work efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of capital markets and financial performance metrics.
  • Have working knowledge of finance and accounting principles, and an understanding of valuation and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts.
  • Strong team player that can also work well independently.
  • Able to confidently interact with all levels of management and external investment professionals.
  • Able to adhere to a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
