An opportunity exists for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our Business Systems team in our Newcastle office. Reporting to the IT Help Desk Supervisor, and as a member of the IT Help Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance across a range of software products and technologies.

You will apply your technical expertise, strong methodical approach and high level communication skills to provide a valued support experience to our considerable end user base.

Your industry qualifications are desirable but not essential, and/or considerable experience in a similar role, coupled with your ability to multi-task and problem solve ensure you are a good fit for this role. You will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft client and server technologies, Active Directory Administration, TCP/IP, routing protocols and general networking fundamentals.

This is a residential role on a Monday - Friday roster. A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
