This leading global professional services firm which works with public and private sector clients across several chosen market areas, including mining, infrastructure, transport and geotechnical engineering, is now seeking to appoint 3 suitably qualified geotechnical engineers for their Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne offices, to be a part of their dynamic, progressive geotechnical team.

Reporting directly to the Geotechnical Group Leader, you will assist senior staff in the day to day running of projects, interpretation of data, design and project management of small to medium sized projects across a broad range of engineering areas including general earthworks and pavements, foundations to structures, maritime piling, dredging and slope stabilisation and transport structures including bridges and embankments.

We are seeking applications from geotechnical engineers with the following skills and experience:

·         3-15 years consulting experience in geotechnical design

·         Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

·         High level of technical capability

·         Diligent and able to work consistently to deadlines

Previous involvement in some of the following areas is desirable:

·         Supervision of fieldwork

·         Project management

·         Design for shallow and piled foundations

·         Slope stability assessment

·         Design of embankments and dams

·         Design of earth retaining structures

·         Pavement design

·         Earthworks

·         Ground monitoring instrumentation
