Manager – Resource Geology

Century Mining, currently operating three producing gold mines is searching for a Manager – Resource Geology to join their Corporate office team located at Blaine, Washington.

 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for calculating and monitoring all resources and reserves associated with the Company’s exploration and development projects as well as current operating mines.

 

The ideal candidate will work well in a dynamic team environment while being able to demonstrate proven skills in project due diligence, feasibility studies, technical audits and constant updating of reserve data.

 

The incumbent will be a graduate geologist and should possess exceptional computer skills and a strong background in 3-D modeling programs. A working knowledge of “Whittle” would be a definite asset. Candidates should have at least 7 years experience in reserve and resource calculations in both underground as well as  open pit environments.

 

Compensation will commensurate with experience and include competitive benefits, immigration and relocation assistance, stock options and a generous signing bonus.
