Position: Mabingwa Incentive Plan Administrator (1 Post )
Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the “Mabingwa Incentive Plan” at Bulyanhulu ensuring that the system is maintained, and data managed, in terms of the Mabingwa Incentive Plan policy, within the statutory and corporate framework.
The Mabingwa Incentive Plan Administrator will be required to provide leadership and technical support for all aspects of the plan ensuring the collection and processing data and the accurate payment of reward.
WORKING STATION: Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Site
Position reports to : Commercial Manager
Position Responsibilities – Primary
- Management of the Mabingwa Incentive Plan policy.
- Maintenance of all Mabingwa Incentive Plan data including
- Entering daily record sheets into database.
- Adition of newly eligible employees to database.
- Modification of employees details
- Maintain files of all record sheets, changes detail forms and any documents that may be necessary during an auditing process.
- Presentation of Mabingwa Incentive Plan details as required.
- Creation of end of month reports for payment purposes.
- Provide instruction on the correct completion of forms, record sheets and other documentation to ensure the accuracy of captured data.
- Composition of circulars and articles promoting Mabingwa Incentive Plan achievements.
- Creation of on demand reports on the status Mabingwa Incentive Plan as required.
Ideal applicant should have:
- Mining Industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Excellent training and facilitation skills.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access applications.
- Previous experience in
Africa or an isolated environment in similar circumstances is highly desirable
