Due to unprecedented growth and organisational changes within their
Papua New Guinea operation our client wishes to add to its ranks an experienced Infrastructure Superintendent to provide support to their Asset Management and Infrastructure Department.
Reporting to the Manager – Asset Management and Infrastructure, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:
§ Designing systems to manage site services and light vehicle maintenance for site operations
§ Managing the site services and light vehicle maintenance
§ Managing projects to agreed cost, quality, quantity and schedule
§ Maintaining a formal management reporting system
§ Assisting with the implementation of change management initiatives, and
§ Maintaining a safe and efficient operation of the team.
The Successful applicant will bring to the role:
§ A Degree Qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
§ Extensive experience in providing maintenance and infrastructure services to a mining or heavy industry operation
§ Strong Project Management experience, and
§ Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplined maintenance teams
The role of Infrastructure Superintendent provides an attractive FIFO roster, remuneration package and other expatriate benefits, which will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The remuneration is based on skill set, experience and relevant qualifications.
