Job Summary
 Ledcor's Foundation Division is seeking a Pile Driving Superintendent for its Fort McMurray projects. If available or relevant provide high level details of the project or office environment to provide context
 
Responsibilities
 Reporting to the General Superintendent or Project Manager, the Piling Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of thier work areas. Specific tasks include overseeing and directing foundation drilling, and/or pile driving construction operations. Also resolves site issues such as construction contract application, trade disputes, scope changes and extras, assignment of foreman and workers. Responsible for submission of progress reports, invoices, WCB forms and timesheets for payroll. Defines (in conjunction with the estimator) the method and sequence of construction. Responsible for safety, quality and project costs.
 
Requirements
 The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years foundation construction experience. Solid understanding of modern foundation construction practices; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; and the ability to deal with conflicting objectives is required. Strong organizational and administrative skills; excellent planning and implementation and results in construction management. Excellent communication skills and able to work well under pressure would ensure your success in this role . A high level of personal integrity, the ability to make tough decisions and the capability to deal effectively with unusual or unforeseen problems is required.
