Senior Structural Engineer or Structural Discipline Manager

You will be accountable for the delivery of all technical engineering responsibilities to achieve  project objectives within specified timeframes and budgets; analysis and design of varied concrete and steel heavy-industrial structures; overseeing the production of detailed design drawings of reinforced concrete foundations and structural steel; and co-ordination with the Project Manager and other disciplines in planning and executing project tasks. Additionally you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior and intermediate engineers; developing and updating project specifications; developing material takeoffs and cost estimates; and ensuring that all completed works conforms to contract requirements.

You are currently a Senior Structural or Lead Structural Engineer and demonstrate significant years of progressive experience working on mining and/or heavy industrial projects. You are registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of Saskatchewan, with an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in structural design. Broad knowledge of civil/structural designs and an understanding of industry codes, standards, and construction methods are essential to success in this role.
