Client Support Technician

 
My client, a leading company supporting the mining industry has an immediate requirement for a Client Support Technician for their Sudbury location.
 
Provide superior customer support by efficiently and accurately executing the sales order processes from order receipt through to invoicing. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and administering logistical requirements to deliver products and services on time and in full from point of origin to destination for both internal and external customers.

  • Inventory Verification. Receipt and Reconciliation
 
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service activities.
  • Customer service oriented with strong verbal and wriften communication skills.
  • Excellent professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze computer generated business and financial reports.
  • Proven success with problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Internet, Lotus Notes, and SAP accounting software.
  • Ability to positively influence others without any direct reports.
  • Estimated number of customers served can range between 30 and 100 depending on the customer base being managed including sites, independent distributors and joint ventures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Typical office work setting.
