There are outstanding opportunities for Underground Deputies to be involved at the start of the mines life. A fully modernized site awaits you with a commitment to health & safety this is an environment in which you can utilize your years of mining experience.
 
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement within an underground environment as well as outstanding leadership & technical skills. Your knowledge will have been honed in coal production over the years. The operation of Road Headers, Continuous Miners will be second nature and exposure to hydro mining techniques will be well regarded.
 
You will also require the following:
·         A current NZ/AUS Mine Deputy Certificate
·         The ability to hit production targets
·         A dedication to safe operating procedures & zero harm
