Secretary

·         L] Midrand[/L]
·         R170,000 - R250,000 CTC per annum

Key Functions:
·         Preferably coming from a Mining, Manufacturing or Engineering background
·         Putting tenders together
·         Assist with quotes and tenders
·         Arrange Visas and passports
·         Book Flights
·         Hotel and accommodation bookings
·         Marketing
·         Managing website content
·         Must have financial understanding
·         Procurement
·         Answering telephone calls, typing
·         Correspondence and Admin
·         Electronic Filing
·         Photocopying, Scanning and Faxing
·         Set up meetings and maintain diaries
·         Minutes of Meetings

Minimum Requirements:
·         Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
·         Experience in Power Point
·         Must have good communication skills (MUST be fluent in English and Afrikaans)
·         Must have own transport and drivers license
·         Proven ability and experience in general office administration functions such as filing, faxing, archiving, minutes of meetings, travel arrangements
