Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a Safety Coordinator who is a dedicated safety professional with high energy and passion.

• The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter with dynamic leadership and communication skills and considerable experience in safety.
• A high comfort level when working in the field is a must.
• Candidates with Industrial Hygiene experience will be given serious consideration.
• A post secondary education in Health and Safety and Industrial Hygiene or a related field is preferred. Safety Professional (CRSP) designation, Construction Safety Officer (CSO) designation and/or Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation is considered an asset.

This is a full time position within the City of Edmonton with health benefits, pension plan and income sharing
