Position:
The Support Maintenance Equipment Coordinator will report the Fleet Manager in Site Wide Services Department, and will be responsible to manage different aspects of [Company]'s fleet.

Key Accountabilities:

Develops and executes the replacement of uneconomical units (in conjunction with the Fleet team)
Meets with customers and develops equipment requirements to support business unit requirements
Manages the Mobile and equipment lifecycles
Meets with external vendors to develop specifications to meet customer requirements
Manages leasing lifecycle
Reports to Fleet Manager on a monthly basis the support equipment life cycle and surplus/replacement plan and progress reviews and advises on unit costs and maintenance analysis to ensure that support equipment costs continue to decrease
Ensures compliance with all EH&S policies/practices investigates support equipment maintenance issues with maintenance shop when requested and advises on repair strategy to address issues
Provides data and reporting to the Fleet Manager or other managers on as-needed basis

Qualification Requirements:

University engineering degree, technical diploma or journeyman trade or combination of education and experience.
Must have proven ability to assess and recommend a Fleet Life Cycle plan and status that ensures the effective, efficient and safe operation of Mobile Equipment and LVF units.
Solid experience in customer relations and building strong interpersonal relationships.
