Provides direction to supervisory staff in the investigation and incident management process with a focus on Root Cause and preventative measures.

Conducts regular field visits and inspections at client and project sites
Provides regular updates and reports to the Project Director and WorleyParsons HSE Director on HSE program / process / progress.
Assists in the hiring of HSE personnel.
Through contacts and networks within the industry, stays current with trends, changes and improvements in HSE.
Oversees Personal Protective Equipment inventory, purchasing and distribution.
Facilitate safety inspections / assessments.
Acts as a leader and role model in the area of HSE.
Promotes safety as a “24-7” lifestyle.
Is an ambassador for WorleyParsons with client and in the community.

Qualifications:

Post Secondary preferred (e.g. College or University level OHS Program).
CRSP, CSP, CHSC, CSO designation preferred, but not essential.
Member of professional associations
Previous HSE experience (minimum 10 years).
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, including conflict resolution and leadership skills.
Previous management / supervisory experience.
Detailed, analytical, problem solver.
