One of the busier EPCM engineering organisations within Queensland within the last 6 months and with the market showing signs of recovery it seems like it will only get busier from here! This multinational organisation has a reputation for strong design capabilities and has a commitment to upholding this market perspective.
 
The most important and primarily objective will be to maintain high quality standards and output from the team across all projects. To ensure success within this regard you will easily demonstrate strong leadership capabilities which you have gained from similar management positions. In addition to this your strong technical background means you will have no problems within a hands-on role while the team continues to expand.
 
There is opportunity and scope to develop your own team! While you will primarily be required within the mining division, your skills will also be utilized across different sections of the business including port/maritime, water, power and land development business lines.
