Description:
·         Herewith please note that we have a vacancy for an (HDSA) Employee Relations Officer, and would appreciate any suitably qualified applications to be forwarded to us.

Minimum requirements:
·         Effective organisation and administration of Employee Relations services
·         Support the Human Resources management team
·         Effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
·         Relevant Degree e.g. LLB, B-Proc or relevant National Diploma
·         Knowledge of Employee Relations Policies, Procedures and relevant Legislation
·         3 Years relevant experience (All Employee Relations Processes inclusive of CCMA and Labour Court)
·         Applied Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel)
·         Valid driving license code 08
·         Read and write in English
·         Must be willing to work unsociable hours Assertive, motivator, confident, independent
