Description:
·         Permanent senior level position at Global organisation in the Mining sector in [Location] in South Africa (North West).

Minimum Requirements:
·         Must have a recognized HR Qualification (Degree or 3year Diploma)
·         Must have at least 5 years HR/IR experience in a mining or similar environment
·         Sound exposure to Recruitment, Competency Development, Remuneration & Rewards and Industrial Relations
·         MUST have drivers licence and own transport
·         Excellent English
·         My client is look for a solidly experienced and well knowledge HR Advisor for their [Location] mining sites.\
·         The successful incumbent MUST be a resident of [Location] area and will be someone who demonstrates a strong personality with respect to confidence and assertiveness as this individual will be required to deal with Contracts Managers and mining individuals.
·         Further, the successful individual must have demonstrated HR/IR success in a mining environment, be prepared to travel between sites extensively and medically fit to be able to go underground at mining sites.
·         This role is quite operational and process driven and therefore requires one with high levels of energy and tolerance levels.
·         This role will be between various mining sites in Rustenburg and requries extensive travel (driving).
