Description:
·         International, dynamic company requires a customer services agent with previous experience preferably within the mining / engineering / power tools / industrial or technical environment.

Minimum Requirements:
·         Matric essential and a tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
·         Computer literate.
·         Bilingual in English & Afrikaans (essential).
·         Ideal candidate should be energetic, dynamic, vibrant, upbeat, self motivated and target driven.

Duties will include (but not limited to):
·         Making outbound telesales calls to clients within the mining industry,
·         take inbound calls regarding deliveries, orders and product queries, follow up on deliveries, etc.
·         Will have monthly targets to achieve.
·         Excellent growth prospects for someone looking to move into sales within the next 2 years.\
