·         Mining Company based in [Location] area which spans 6 sites within reachable proximity of each other

Minimum Requirements:
·         HR degree, diploma or equivalent qualification is required,
·         At least 5 years’ relevant experience in an engineering/mechanical service environment.
·         This should have provided sound exposure to recruitment, competence development, remuneration and rewards plus industrial relations.
·         Applicants should be able to communicate fluently in English and highly computer literate.
·         The ability to travel extensively is essential as is a valid drivers’ licence.
·         Strong IR background - most issues relate to this, high energy levels and hands-on, its a very operational role, even requires one to go underground at times and attends 6.a.m ops meetings. Recruitment also a big part of the job, need someone very process-driven

Job Specification
·         The role will be for HR generalist.
·         Key challenges include understanding customers' business operating within a complex mining environment, working with different area managers and diverse teams, understanding and working within this diverse environment and making it work to achieve the objectives of the business.
