Requirements:
·         Candidates must have done Diploma in Mining
·         To Co-ordinate & supervise various activities of Coal Block
·         5-10 Years of Hands on Techno- Commercial Experience in the Mining Field in Open Cast Coal Mining with on the job exposure to Outsourcing of various Mining Operations.
·         Must be familiar with Mining Laws, Labour Laws, other relevant Laws and possess experience in dealing with Railway, Mining, Forest, Pollution & other Government Departments as well as Local Villagers and District Administration.
·         Ex- Employee/ Retired Personnel from MCL or any other Coal Company with above Experience and exposure will be given preference.
·         Age should be between 35 to 50
·         Should carry high Team spirit, Customer orientation & Cost consciousness

·         UG - Diploma - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
