Training & Development Manager

·         L] Johannesburg[/L]
Description:
·         Our client is a leader in mining and engineering projects in Africa.
·         They have been in existence for over 30 years providing EPCM soltuions to Gold, Diamond & Platinum mines.

Requirements:
·         T & D and/or HR qualification;
·         Technical qualification
·         Technical experience
·         Industry knowledge (mining / engineering) advantageous;
·         Knowledge and understanding of SA qualification framework;
·         Minimum 5 years experience in training and development role.
