Description:
· Outstanding (renewable) contract opportunity for a seasoned Safety, Health & Environment Specialist with extensive mining industry experience.
· Top Project Engineering & Construction Group. This Group is a multi-disciplinary, multi-national organisation that specialises in project management in mining, infrastructure and mineral process plant design and construction.
· The Group has expertise in Process Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Materials Handling, Winder Engineering, Mine Engineering, process plant operations and maintenance management. They also offer services in pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, procurement of equipment and supplies, fabrication and erection, commissioning and training.
· The Group also manages projects with a 'zero harm' focus evident in their excellent safety record. They utilise world class quality standards, systems and procedures which are based on ISO standards. Currently they are preparing for ISO Certification.
Minimum Requirements:
· 8-10 years Project SHE experience in the mining sector plus SAMTRAC or equivalent.
· Knowledge of all applicable legislation.
Job Specification:
· Outstanding contract (renewable) opportunity with top Project Engineering & Management company for a seasoned SHE professional.
You should have extensive experience in the field of SHE in the mining sector on projects both under and above ground, in all aspects of construction activities including bulk earthworks, civils, structural, mechanical, instrumentation and commissioning
· You should also have SAMTRAC or equivalent.
