Mineral Processing Engineer

Description:
·         Incumbent will be responsible for the quality of measurement, analysis and accounting of all parameters and results pertaining to the metallurgical process.
 
Minimum Requirements:
·         BSc Metallurgy/Mineral Processing and at least 5 yrs related experience, mining background is essential.
 
Job Specification:
·         Incumbent oversees the projects from a technical viewpoint and assembles all relevant data into daily, weekly and monthly reporting systems.
·         Successful candidate will be part of a multi discipline project team providing process and extractive metallurgical engineering expertise.
·         Assignments will include developing flowcharts, report writing, design and analysis, material balances, lab and pilot plant testing and estimation of costs and sizing plant equipment as well as developing, installing and maintaining expert control systems for most major parts of the plant.
