Empresa de Arica (no relacionada con la minería), requiere contratar los servicios de un Jefe de Recursos Humanos, Responsable de los proyectos de mejora del área.
 
Funciones:
 
  • Supervisar la gestión de Remuneraciones, Control de Personal y Asistencia social.
  • Gestionar la Capacitación (Detección de necesidades, Sence, Planificación de actividades).
  • Reclutar y seleccionar personal de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa.
  • Representar a la empresa frente a los organismos reguladores en materia laboral.
  • Relación con sindicatos, generando y propiciando un clima de cooperación entre las partes. Administrar las negociaciones colectivas.
  • Proponer, diseñar e implementar proyectos en la línea de desarrollo organizacional (Por ejemplo, gestión y evaluación de desempeño, etc.).
 
Requisitos:
 
  • Contador Auditor, Ingeniero Comercial, Ingeniero (E)o carrera Afín.
  • 5 años de experiencia en áreas de Recursos Humanos, participando activamente con sindicatos.
  • Deseable experiencia en negociaciones colectivas.
