Senior Support Specialist

Qualifications:
· Applicants (EE excluding White Females) should be in possession of a 4 year Information Management degree or equivalent
· A Project Management qualification would be advantageous
Additional Requirements
· 6-8 years exposure in management of information and business analyses within a project management environment
· Experience: IM Project Management experience in mining industry (mining and mining plant operations) will be advantageous; IM project management experience within the following phases (Concept, Pre-fease, Implementation and Close-out) within the full range of project categories (Cat A to Cat D); IM Project Management experience in mining industry (mining and mining plant operations) Knowledge and understanding: Knowledge of Information Systems, solution architecture and system testing; Knowledge of requirement analysis Skills: Organization skills; Requirement to meet deadlines and set goals; Persistence; Communication skills; Ability to function under pressure; Administration skills; Interpersonal skills; Presentation skills; Problem solving
The incumbent will be responsible for:
· Ensure the realisation of business value from solutions and IT services
· Ensure optimized, standard and well supported applications in the full range of growth/extension projects over all the phases of the asset development phases
· Understand functionality of current applications and how it supports the range of organization's growth project objectives that is aligned with the business objectives
· Identify and evaluate new products and benchmarks for information solutions supporting respective business process(es) with in the project management environment
· Manage the relationships for IM related communication
· Deriving project specific IM strategies
· Benchmarking of lM services & costs within/across all projects
· Define standards and usage rules for solutions within business processes
