Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Senior / Associate Geotechnical Engineer to their team in British Columbia due to continued success at developing and expanding their operations. You must have P.Eng status and have experience in:
 
Site Investigations Design and Monitoring of Earth Structures
Design of Slope Stabilization Measures and use of appropriate software
Design of Deep Foundation / Tailing Systems, Rock Mechanics knowledge
 
You will be expected to produce technical proposals, project manage and to help with the companies business development. Related experience in Geotechnical projects will have been gained from 10+ years in the industry and you will need to be competent in related software such as SLOPE/W and SETTLE packages. Any experience in mining projects and Geo hazards will also be of interest.
 
Good written and verbal communication skill will be essential for maintaining and developing client relationships. This position is an opportunity to work within a well-established and successful group that offers a diverse range of projects, technical challenges and career development opportunities.
