Description:
·         A well established company in [Location] is seeking a Electrical Technician to maintain equipments as per company regulations and standards.

Minimum Requirements:
·         Qualified Electrician
·         Truck and shovel experience required.
·         Physically fit and strong
·         Good communicational skills

Responsibilities will include:
·         Check machines for oil leaks, repairs required
·         Carry out weekly services on shovels and trucks
·         Carry out electrical maintenance on shovels and trucks
·         Perform between 500 and 1000 hour services on machines
·         Complete and sign off job cards
·         Complete wear check and sampling papers
·         Read electrical and mechanical diagrams, drawings or specifications to determine job requirements
·         Plan the layout of wiring systems
·         Test for, locate and repair electrical malfunctions
·         Install electrical and electronic control systems and insulate cables
·         Assemble and fabricate electrical and electronic components and appliances
·         Connect electrical equipment to power supplies
