Job Description
·         A BE / Diploma Mechanical with more than 15 years of experience in after sales/ support with knowledge of engines (maintenance, repair, operation) and experience in Mining industry.

Desired Candidate Profile
·         Good knowledge of engines in terms of installation, operation, maintenance and repair.
·         Familiar with mining product support management.
·         Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Product Support Mining Dept. .
·         Responsible for Quality Management of India operation including status reporting to Quality Management and supporting internal and external audits.
·         Ensure service and maintenance on mining products on sites and in workshop are followed with the relevant requirements.
·         Market and develop mining products related aftersales, including established maintenance contract and training course with customers. Meet and negotiate with customers in order to secure the orders.
·         Maintain good customer relationship and attend to customer requests / complaints / claims.
·         Make sure latest documentation / service information is used for field service and maintenance as well as overhaul .
·         Attend mining products installation/ start-up / commissioning as required.
·         Assist Product Support Workshop to plan tools and equipments to fulfill mining products service and maintenance.
Provide technical instruction to subordinates and workshop staff for service and maintenance
