Leading an experienced team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of total survey requirements of the project, including day-to-day set outs, monthly volume pick-ups, statutory requirements and contractual obligations. You will have a high emphasis on safe work practices, and will ensure that survey resources, including sub-contractors, are properly managed enabling the operation to function with clear, concise survey direction.
 
A sound track record is a must, as is a strong commitment to safety, leadership by example, excellent planning, organising, influencing and communication skills. You will have lead a small team of surveyors, ideally in an open cut mining application.
