Description:
·         A position exists for a trade tested artisan with at least 8yrs experience in a plant or mining environment.
·         Your experience as a Senior Fitter/Electrician must include roles as a relief for a Foreman and or Engineer.
·         A strong and assertive character with leadership experience is required and must have a commendable track record on safety, workmanship and technical foresight. SAP experience is essential including computer literacy.
 
Your job requirements will include:
·         Ensuring safety, health, environment and quality best practices are adhered to,
·         Leading teams into breakdowns and scheduled maintenance,
·         Job as well shift assignments,
·         Make sure that completed jobs are properly loaded and signed off,
·         Ensuring best practices are followed always including best use of equipment and machinery,
·         Budget adherence on PPE, tools, and equipment, and
·         Training and development of staff.
