Requirements:
·         Relevant tertiary qualification
·         Project Management qualification
·         Minimum of a Matric.
·         Market knowledge of the mining, metals and bulk materials handling markets
·         Business processes and general marketing skills
·         Knowledge of the relevant mining and metals technologies
·         Project Management
Contractual Management

Experience:
·         3 - 5 years profit and loss responsibility in the industrial sector
·         1-2 years project management, leading/supervision of project managers
·         3 - 5 years management experience
·         3 - 5 years customer relationship skills

Tasks:
·         Responsibility for the strategic direction and its implementation within the overall company and business unit strategies and objectives
·         Development and management of relationships with existing clients as well as the development of new clients
·         Develop cross selling approach with other Siemens business units
·         Define MT segments in RSA and SADC with business sector owners, set clear objectives and co-ordinate the business with these business owners
·         Develop market approach for existing and new markets
·         Operational responsibility with respect to management of project execution teams in order to achieve or exceed targets and project deliverables
·         Management and development of sales force; sector allocation and management, target setting and performance management
