Our client is a global and diversified mining house that operates multiple projects in Queensland and throughout Australia.  This respected brand recognises its people as its greatest asset and requires an experienced professional to fill the role of Maintenance Superintendent at an impressive open cut projectwithin the Bowen Basin . As a member of the senior maintenance team you will develop a work environment that that motivates employees to achieve outcomes that add value to the business and its people. This will be achieved through leadership, organisational skills and strong communication with people all levels. Your extensive maintenance experience covering surface mobile mining plant will ensure that reliability and availability targets are achieved.  
 
To be considered of this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:  
·         Previous performance at Maintenance Superintendent level 
·         Exposure to managing large scale maintenance groups and budgets 
·         Associated mechanical trade or engineering qualifications 
·         Strong people management skills and business acumen  
 
Your commitment to continuous improvement and portfolio of skills will ensure delivery of a safe, cost effective and efficient maintenance regime across the fleet of surface mobile mining plant
