Environmental Engineer

Office assignments will require assisting the Construction Administrator in daily management of remedial construction activities, planning and coordinating field activities, data review and analysis, report preparation and payment processing. Field assignments will include overseeing environmental consultant and contractor's field activities, maintaining records and documentation as required by the Company and/or other mandated procedures. Field duties may require assignments to various shifts and may include weekend work throughout all five boroughs of New York City.
 
Education and Experience
 
Requirements:
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in Geology, Environmental Engineering/Science or a related field. Familiarity with some aspects of construction management, collection and treatment of data, report preparation, planning and scheduling. Familiarity with groundwater hydrology, well hydraulics, groundwater monitoring, groundwater and soil remediation techniques.
 
Additional Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills, planning and organizational skills. Ability to work with multidiscipline project teams. Must be able to deliver project work within required schedule
