RPM Workforce is currently accepting applications from experienced Electrical Supervisors for an exciting and challenging role in Central QLD Coal Fields.

The duties & responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
·         Managing and supervising all electrical maintenance work with electrical personnel
·         Auditing site against safety standards
·         Mentoring and training in Electrical safety
·         Managing site projects
·         Responsible for ensuring electrical preventative maintenance and electrical repairs and programs is scheduled and undertaken 
·         Administer and maintain records associated with electrical work and infrastructure including electrical drawings, regulatory and procedural requirements, electrical planning, and safety assessments
·         Undertake electrical trade work & asset inspections
 
Successful applicants will possess:
·         Electrical trade qualifications - Queensland
·         Significant experience within coal mining industry 
·         Proven project management skills in coordinating activities and supervising staff/contractors
·         High level ability in understanding regulations, standards & electrical plans
·         High level of ability to develop and implement electrical procedures & associated forms
·         Experience in industrial maintenance and/or construction
·         A sound understanding of safety responsibilities and procedures
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Computer literacy (minimum of Microsoft Word & Outlook)
·         Driver’s licence
·         Possession of a current coal board medical, coal surface generics & SGS Passport would be beneficial
