CNC Machine Operator

Description:
  • In this key role, the CNC Machine Operator will be responsible to set up and operate CNC-controlled machines to perform machining operations on a variety of parts and tools involving multiple machining and cutting operations. 
Key performance areas 
  • SPC charting, deburring, move materials, load and unload fixtures
  • Work any shift
  • Organize and keep workplace clean
  • Undertake simple maintenance work on own machine
  • Must be able to perform all functions with no or minimum supervision 
Requirements: 
  • The ideal applicant will possess a High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years experience with CNC machines. 
  • The candidate will have the ability to read and understand blue prints, in addition to effectively present information in one-to-one situations. 
  • The capabilities to use measuring equipment, troubleshoot machinery, and maintain safety and environment standards are essential. 
  • The qualified candidate will be team orientated and self motivated.
