Data Analyst
Work Experience:
- 2+ years in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Business or MIS
- Responsibilities
- Supports operations with coordination of data to track safety, production, and quality performance
- Collects, analyzes, and reports labor efficiency, factory output, capacity planning, backlog and other similar reports
- Supports factory projects such as Quick Response Manufacturing, capacity expenditure approval, projects and safety programs
- Analyze monthly budgets and operational excellence performance reports
- Gather information from various operations departments for reports and presentations
- Create presentations for quarterly operations meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business or MIS
- 2+ years in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (emphasis in Excel and Access)
- ERP system experience; SAP highly preferred
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to frame issues, gather data, and critically analyze it to identify relevant solutions
- Experience providing reports and presentations to management
- Ability to effectively work with others
